ELMA
Elma is such a sweetheart. She came to our shelter as a stray from the streets of Montclair, and within a few days, gave birth to a litter of  three kittens! Elma was a devoted mom, even taking on two orphaned kittens who refused to nurse from a bottle, in addition to her own litter. Elma's kittens (and adopted kittens) found their forever homes but after more than a year, this pretty calico still waits. Please consider opening your home and heart to this gentle lady. She is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and waiting for you.

For more information on Elma, or any of our other adoptable pets, please visit our Petfinder page or contact us at 973-744-8600.

TREE

Are you looking for an addition to you family "Tree?" We have just the guy. Tree may seem like an odd name for a cat, but it's very fitting in this case. This young handsome gray and white male was rescued from a tree in Montclair just before the holidays. Despite efforts to find his owner, no one has come forth to claim this friendly, playful boy and he now finds himself confined to a cage. Tree is happy his outdoor adventures are over and is looking for a warm, cozy home. Please think about opening your home and heart to Tree. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations, and waiting for you.

For more information about Tree or any of our shelter's other homeless pets, please visit our Petfinder page or contact us at 973-744-8600.

TRINITY

Trinity is a petite and pretty tortoiseshell cat who was surrendered to the Montclair Animal Shelter after many years in a loving home. She has adjusted to shelter life but seems lonely at times, as if she is missing her former guardian.  She does co-exist fine with other cats, so a multi-cat home would be OK for her. She would be so happy to find her own family again. Trinity is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, and waiting for you.

For more information on Trinity, or any of the animals at our shelter, please visit us on Petfinder or contact us at 973-744-8600.

CUTIE

Walk into our large loose cat room, sit down on the bench, and before you know it, an adorable calico will be purring in your lap. Poor Cutie has been in the Shelter since April of 2010. At age 7, she's already in competition with the tiny kittens and the younger cats. Cutie really needs to find a family again as the one she had upped and moved to California and left her behind.  While Cutie is a little sad, she is still willing to trust again. Wouldn't it be nice to have Cutie on your lap while you read or watch TV? She thinks so, too.

For information about Cutie, or another cat, dog, or small furry animal, please visit us on Petfinder or call us at 973-744-8600.
